Three employees of the Antigua and Barbuda Board of Education have earned master’s degrees from Monroe University in St. Lucia, marking what the organisation described as a historic milestone.
The graduates are Valarie Daniel, Levy Supervisor; Priscilla Simon, Procurement Coordinator; and CollieAnn Gardner, Executive Administrative Coordinator.
Daniel and Simon each earned a Master of Business Administration, while Gardner completed a Master of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Cybersecurity.
In a congratulatory message, the Board of Education praised the three women for their academic achievements and the example they have set for their colleagues and the wider community.
“We are immensely proud of your accomplishments and the example you set for your colleagues and the wider community,” the Board said.
The organisation added that the graduates had made their families, colleagues and the entire Board of Education proud.
The Board celebrated the achievement with the message: “Three Supervisors. Three Master’s Degrees. One proud organization!”
