Country star Jewel drew a wave of online attention this week after sharing bikini photos from a short holiday trip to Barbuda, prompting fans to say she appears to be “aging in reverse.”

The 51-year-old singer posted a slideshow on Instagram showing herself on a quiet Barbuda beach in an animal-print bikini, along with a mirror selfie from her hotel room and photos of local dishes and ocean views. She captioned the post, “#Barbuda for a few days of sun before more winter snow.”

Her comments section quickly filled with praise, with followers calling her “fine wine,” “Benjamin Button,” and “younger every year.”

The Barbuda vacation comes months after Jewel faced criticism for performing at the MAHA Inaugural Ball. She later defended the appearance, saying her long-standing mental-health advocacy requires working across political lines and engaging “even when things are imperfect.”

Jewel co-founded the Inspiring Children Foundation and Innerworld, two nonprofit organizations focused on youth wellness and mental-health support.
