A white skip bin at Fryes that was the subject of a public appeal earlier this week has now been cleared, but its owner remains unidentified.

The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) issued an update Friday confirming that the bin, which had contained garbage and other solid waste, “has since been cleared.”

The authority did not indicate who cleared the bin.

The NSWMA is continuing its appeal for information that could help identify the owner.

Anyone with information regarding the ownership of the skip bin is asked to contact the authority’s headquarters at 268-562-2021 or 268-562-1348.

The NSWMA thanked the public for its continued cooperation and assistance.
