St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — Thursday, 05 June 2025The elderly man who was reported missing has been found. Around 7:20 am on Thursday, 5th June, Police officers attached to the Special Services Unit (SSU) carried out an extensive search and they found 82-year-old Mr. Laurence Reginald Williams of Coolidge in the Bendals area. He was reported missing on Wednesday, 4th June 2025, at about 19:00hrs.He was provided with medical treatment and has since been reunited with his family, who are now attending to his well-being.The Police Administration is particularly pleased with the swift response and concern demonstrated by members of the public in this sensitive matter.Acting Commissioner of Police, Mr. Everton Jeffers, extends sincere thanks to all who assisted and continues to encourage the public’s cooperation and support in safeguarding vulnerable members within our community.-END-
