The West Indies Oil Company Ltd has set a new date of November 27, 2025, for its annual general meeting after postponing it due to Tropical Storm Jerry.

The meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the John E. St. Luce Finance and Conference Centre on Factory Road.

According to a shareholder notice, the storm disrupted plans for the earlier meeting, but feedback on draft bylaws and recommended amendments has since been incorporated into updated documents circulated to shareholders.

The company urged shareholders to review the materials and participate in the meeting — either in person, by proxy, or online — noting that “attendance and contribution to what we hope will be a very productive AGM is anticipated.”
