Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), E.P. Chet Greene, has congratulated newly elected St. Philip North Member of Parliament Randy Baltimore following his victory in Monday’s by-election.

In a message issued on behalf of Political Leader Gaston Browne, party officers and members, Greene said: “We extend our sincerest congratulations on your election today as the new Parliamentary Representative for the St. Phillip’s North Constituency.”

Greene described Baltimore’s win as a decisive victory following a focused 21-day campaign centered on development issues affecting both the constituency and the wider country. He said the result reflects the confidence voters have placed in Baltimore to continue the legacy of longtime MP Sir Robin Yearwood.

“It is a proud moment for our party to welcome such a dedicated representative into its ranks. Welcome to the world of governance. We look forward to working alongside you as we continue to build a brighter future for Antigua and Barbuda,” Greene added.
