BARBUDA, Antigua and Barbuda — The Hopeful Hearts Foundation has arrived in Barbuda as part of its outreach mission taking place from July 3–5, 2026. The initiative forms part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to serving communities, supporting young people, and creating opportunities for meaningful impact throughout Antigua and Barbuda.

Earlier today, the Hopeful Hearts team travelled from Antigua to Barbuda with donated school supplies, toys, and clothing to support families and children within the community.

During the three-day mission, the Foundation will undertake several community-focused activities, including the donation of school supplies, a community clothing drive, fun and engaging activities for children, and the commencement of a mural project at Holy Trinity Primary School in partnership with Chaneil Imhoff from WISH. These efforts are aimed at supporting families, encouraging youth development, and leaving a lasting positive contribution to the community.

A key highlight of the visit will be an engagement with the Barbuda Youth Council, where National Youth Ambassador and CEO and Founder of Hopeful Hearts Foundation Kristine Louisa will share her personal journey and speak on resilience, leadership, and youth empowerment.

The mission will also provide opportunities to connect with residents, community leaders, and young people, while participating in activities that strengthen relationships and foster positive community engagement.

“This mission represents what Hopeful Hearts is all about, showing up for communities, creating opportunities for young people, and serving with purpose,” said Hopeful Hearts Foundation President Kristine Louisa. “We are excited to be in Barbuda and look forward to making meaningful connections while contributing in a way that we hope will have a lasting impact.”

The Hopeful Hearts Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to all donors Barbuda Ocean Club, Senator Kendra Beazer and Fastlane Construction, as well as volunteers, and supporters who contributed to making this outreach mission possible. Together, we continue to demonstrate that even small acts of kindness can create meaningful change.

The Foundation looks forward to sharing updates from Barbuda throughout the weekend and celebrating the impact of this mission with the wider community.
