**Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda** : Two members of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda have participated in a Community Policing Workshop, hosted by the Regional Security System (RSS) Training Institute at Paragon, Barbados, from 12th May to 16th May 2025.

Senior Sergeant Kenrick Lawrence and Constable Denisha Jacobs were among other law enforcement officers across the region sharing in the philosophy and practices of community-oriented policing. It entails building trust and partnerships within communities, conflict resolution and mediation techniques, and crime prevention through community engagement. Officers will also explore youth outreach and involvement strategies, enhancing police visibility and accessibility, and collaborative problem-solving with key community stakeholders.

This forms part of the Police Administration’s mandate to develop and foster stronger working relationships through meaningful community policing collaboration.
