LIAT Air is expanding beyond the Caribbean with plans to launch flights to Miami and mainland Africa next year.
The Antigua-based airline also signed a memorandum of understanding with a local company backed by Colombian investors to begin weekly charter flights to Colombia starting in September.
The new routes are part of LIAT Air’s strategy to grow its global presence and meet rising demand—particularly in health and wellness tourism.
The airline says the move reflects its commitment to innovation and positioning itself as a major player in regional aviation.
