At approximately 6:45 a.m. on Friday, 1 August, police responded to a report of a motionless man seen in a white Toyota Hiace motor bus at the top of Gray Hill.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the deceased seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle unresponsive. Martin was reportedly last seen two days prior to his discovery. He was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical doctor.
