    Mill Reef Fund Donates $19,500 to Adopt-A-Family Soup Kitchen

    The Mill Reef Fund has donated $19,500 to support the operations of the Adopt-A-Family soup kitchen, providing a significant boost to efforts aimed at feeding vulnerable members of the community.

    Representatives of the Mill Reef Club presented the donation to the organization during a brief handover ceremony. The contribution was made by Helene van Beuren, Melanie Letby and Fuller Cowles on behalf of the Mill Reef Fund.

    According to Adopt-A-Family, the funds will go directly toward its mission of preparing and distributing hot meals to individuals and families in need.

    Organizers said the donation comes at a crucial time as demand for assistance continues, noting that support from partners helps the soup kitchen keep its doors open and maintain daily meal services.
